Design Concept

To maintain architectural harmony, the window system for the project consists primarily of high-performance awning windows. Through meticulous digital structural design by CTKJ, paired with intensive technical consultations and collaborative engineering reviews with the client's consultant team, we successfully engineered an optimized awning window layout that perfectly integrates with the intricate external matrix.

The project offers an enhanced collection of 143 Art Deco-inspired residences with a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom layouts across 16 light-filled levels.

Overcoming the Ultimate Facade Challenge

The architectural crowning of this project features 115 custom 3D 'Butterfly' facade modules, split into three distinct, highly complex geometric variations: Front-Facing, Corner, and Perimeter/Edge units.
